Oyster Parties Begin!
Sunday, October 28th, Slough Courtyard
Shucking begins at 11am and continues until the oysters run out - I wouldn't get here past 4pm.
We do have some indoor seating, but this is mostly an outdoor event so dress accordingly. The courtyard is partly covered and partly heated.
We will be grilling the Samish Pacific Smalls with choice of topping: wasabi-plum-sesame; basil-garlic-parm; chorizo, paprika, lime.
And shucked raw: Shigoku, Kusshi, Kumamoto. Served with house mignonette.
Three dollars per oyster, six for fifteen, 12 for twenty four. Mix and match!
No reservations are necessary.
We will have oyster friendly wines by the glass and bottle, and we have Kulshan Brewing's Heliotrope IPA on tap!
