Oysters will be grilled with choice of select toppings, and oysters also will be shucked raw to order. Depending on availability, we usually grill the Samish Pacific Smalls, and serve raw the Kumamoto and Shigoku. Three dollars per oyster or a dozen for thirty. No reservations necessary.

Although Slough Food has some indoor seating, our events mostly take place outside in the Slough Food Courtyard which is both covered and heated.
